Terms and conditions apply to any purchase made at the online store. www.moodoo.eu (the seller), the operator is:

The conditions below define and stipulate the rights and obligations of the seller (MooDoo) and its customers.

We can assure you that you will be pleasantly surprised and 100% satisfied with your purchase.

Order

Our sales website www.moodoo.eu provides a complete list of commonly supplied goods. The seller does not guarantee the immediate availability of all items. The product availability displayed is indicative only. If the actual current availability is different from those listed in the product detail list, the seller informs you in a timely manner.

The indicated delivery time may be extended depending on seasonal fluctuations and the workload of the involved warehouses. The customer selects the goods, completes and submits an order form through our website. This order is a proposal for the conclusion of the purchase contract. Please fill in all the fields in the electronic order form, only then will your order be valid. The address to which the goods will be delivered is the address the buyer provides in the registration form. Subject to receipt of the purchase price, the buyer is the holder of the goods.

Transport

It is the buyer’s obligation to check the price of the item, including shipping charges, etc. before making the order.

The shipping charges are based on weight and distance. The fastest and easiest way to find out the cost of transport is to create an order on the website using the shopping cart, which automatically calculates the shipping costs to more than 80 destinations worldwide. Unless otherwise stated, we use the services of the Czech post with s.p. or PPL in the Czech Republic for the shipping of goods. We offer two modes of transport – express and economy. Economy transport is only recommended in cases of wholesale orders.

Express transport

7-14 days by air to the U.S.A.
5 -10 days by air within Europe
10-16 days by air to Asia or Australia

Economic transport

6 – 12 weeks shipping to most countries.

Transportation within the Czech Republic

2 to 3 working days from the dispatch of goods.

Our lamps are sent anywhere, no matter how far a customer is located. All lamps are delivered directly to your doorstep.

We don’t charge for packaging and handling fees!

Insurance

www.moodoo.eu offers insurance for all goods. The premium is 5% of the price of the goods (without transport costs and before tax). The insurance covers the replacement or repair of all damaged parts. If you choose not to pay the consignment, please remember that the MooDoo Lights are not liable for goods that arrive damaged. All our goods are securely and properly packed to survive long journeys without damage, however Moodoo lamps are a product that is susceptible to damage during transport.

The seller is responsible for the shipment only until the moment the goods are delivered to the delivery company. After the handing-over of the goods to the delivery company, the buyer will be sent an e-mail with a tracking number and a link on which you can track the shipment.

There is a 30 day storage period for all dispatched items. In the event that the customer fails to collect the item by this time, the item is automatically returned to the seller. If the buyer wishes the shipment to be sent again, a new shipping fee must be paid.

In the event that the buyer does not want the item to resent, please note that the buyer will recover any of the shipping costs associated with processing the order.

Cancellation of an order

If you will are not satisfied with your purchase for some reason, please contact www.moodoo.eu via e-mail info@moodoo.eu no later than three calendar days from the date of receipt of the items Please indicate your reason for canceling the order.

The supplier will assess the state of the returned goods and the buyer shall notify them of the state.

  1. The goods must be in their original packaging, undamaged (and unopened?)
  2. The goods must not be used or damaged
  3. The goods must be complete with accessories
  4. The goods must be sent by registered mail and insured (goods sent via a cash order on delivery will not be accepted)
  5. In case of withdrawal on part of the supplier, the supplier is obliged to return any already paid purchase price within a time limit of 30 days from the date of withdrawal.
  6. According to Czech law, we are entitled to charge the Buyer for actual and documented costs of returning the goods

If the item arrives damaged, we will take the necessary steps to remedy the situation to your satisfaction. If you have paid for insurance of the consignment, please contact us via email info@moodoo.eu no later than 3 calendar days from the date of receipt of the shipment, including photos of the damaged goods. If your request is not accepted by www.moodoo.eu the following applies:

  1. The goods must be in the original undamaged packaging
  2. The goods shall not be used or damaged
  3. The goods must be complete with accessories
  4. The goods must be sent by registered mail and insured (goods sent via a cash order on delivery will not be accepted)
  5. In case of withdrawal on part of the supplier, the supplier is obliged to return any already paid purchase price within a time limit of 30 days from the date of withdrawal.
  6. According to Czech law, we are entitled to charge the Buyer for actual and documented costs of returning the goods

Important notice

Please always inspect the consignment ordered before the delivery service since late complaints cannot be taken into account. In case of any damage that may have occurred to the packaging (creased, ragged...) please fill out and give the delivery service the necessary form of shipment damage. In case of potential arguments regarding the bad shipments with the delivery service, please disregard this and insist on writing the form. It is your right and his obligation.

Complaints

The responsibility for defects is covered through the warranty in the warranty conditions. The warranty period starts on the date of receipt of the goods and unless otherwise noted, this period is guaranteed for 24 months. Complaints of goods are governed by the relevant provisions of the Czech Civil Code and the Czech Law on consumer protection. In the event of unrecoverable defects (based on a written assessment from the suppliers) the goods will be exchanged for the same item. The complaint procedure will be applied only to goods that are clean so that during the assessment of the claim the General principles of hygiene are not hampered.

Damaged goods due to frequent use

We note to customers that the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the item( or its parts due to its frequent use.

Shorter product life due to frequent use cannot be considered a defect and may not be claimed as such. Thank you for understanding.

Complaints instructions

Please always inspect the consignment ordered before the delivery service since later complaints cannot be taken into account. In case of any damage that may have occurred to the packaging (creased, ragged...) please fill out and give the delivery service the necessary form of shipment damage. In case of potential arguments regarding the bad shipments with the delivery service, please disregard this and insist on writing the form. It is your right and his obligation. If the recipient notices damage or partial loss of the contents of the items, the consignee must inform the seller of the damage without undue delay after finding out, at the latest within three working days from the date of delivery of the goods via e-mail info@moodoo.eu together with the relevant completed claim sheet. Upon receipt of the above, we will start the complaint procedure with the supplier. The supplier is required to settle the claim within 30 days from receipt of the application. We will keep you informed about the decision of the complaint within three days of receipt of the statement from the supplier. Unfortunately, we are not obliged to take responsibility for damages resulting from the operation of the products, functional characteristics and damage from improper use of the products, as well as damage caused by external occurrences and wrong manipulation. Any defects described above are not covered by this warranty.

Wholesale

Please note that www.moodoo.eu sells its products at wholesale prices to bulk buyers only. All our goods are intended for resale. If you would like to become our wholesale customers, you must have a valid tax identification number and order a minimum of 30 items each time. If you are a beginner and you can’t fill all 30 items, please feel free to contact us, we could offer you other conditions.

Special orders

If you need something special for your company or for an important event, you can add your own design or modify any of our existing products to suit your specific needs. We are able to ensure such cooperation, you will be informed about each step and you will be able to make sure that your entry corresponds to your expectations and needs. These proposals are charged individually according to the quantity and intensity of treatment. We would be happy to discuss such possibilities with you.

Payment

www.moodoo.eu accepts payments in Czech crowns, euros and U.S. dollars. All orders are paid for via PayPal before they are sent.

Prices and price categories

The prices indicated in the e-shop are always up to date and valid. The product price is given including VAT.

Warranty conditions

The warranty conditions for the goods are governed by the Seller.

Final provisions
